Jalfrezi is a type of Indian or Pakistani curry in which marinated pieces of the tenderest chicken are fried in oil and spices to produce a thick, dry sauce to which peppers and onions are then added. The name of the dish literally means 'dry fry'. Selected fresh green chillies are added to make this one of the hotter Mr Dave's offerings - one for the experts!!
